  • Pan-fry: 12-15 mins with oil of choice, turn once mid-way
  • Bake: 12-15 mins at 180 deg C with oil of choice, turn once mid-way
  • Grill: Over hot coals, with a brush of oil, turn once mid-way
  • Air-fry: 12-15 mins, with a brush of oil, turn once mid-way
Note: The sausage casing is edible - do not remove. We use natural mutton casings.
